Intelligent Perception Co announces the availability of a new version of its
Pixcavator software. Pixcavator provides a better way to analyze and manipulate
images.

Pixcavator provides new image analysis capabilities to scientists and researchers.
With a single click the user can capture the contours of all objects in the image
and produce a spreadsheet with each objects locations and measurements. You can mark
objects in the spreadsheet to highlight objects in the image, or vice versa and then
extract or remove objects from the image to simplify, enhance or manipulate the
image. This represents a new image manipulation tool for professional and amateur
photographers. The software also includes all standard image processing tools.

Pixcavator is different from other products because of its unique Object Capture
technology. This technology makes image analysis tasks automatic and eliminates the
tedious trial-and-error work required by most of today\'s image processing suites.
The simplicity makes Pixcavator suitable for beginners and the power of the
technology makes Pixcavator desirable for experts. Pixcavator's introductory price
of $99 (regular price $199) makes it an affordable alternative to other scientific
image processing software on the market.

Pixcavator runs on Windows 98/Me/2000/XP. Numerous examples of applications are
provided at the web site. A free trial version is available at Pixcavator.com
.
